I doubt this will actually end up in court. But, just in case it does. Nobody had archived the ROTC patreon in the last 3 years.

I don't know what exact year or what video, but I remember in the 2010's era in one of TJ The Amazing Atheist's videos where he was angrily ranting about some of his peeves (good luck finding that I'm pretty sure it was most of his content) he actually went off on an entire rant about the phrase 'it is what it is' and I'm pretty sure the reasoning was exactly the same as Jesse's
